Diamond is a highly successful pop music artist and scored numerous worldwide hits during the 1960’s, 70’s and 80’s. He yearns for home while simultaneously seeking greater freedom. The good, bad and ugly about this crazy thing we call love.
Diamond, as of 2001, had sold more than 115 million worldwide records, including 48 million in the U.S. Diamond is third all-time successful recording artist on Billboard’s Adult Contemporary chart, trailing only Elton John and Barbra Streisand.
